At Sun Ming Hurstville, we have been serving delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine for over 30 years. Our restaurant was founded by a family of Chinese immigrants who wanted to share their love for traditional Chinese dishes with the local community.
Two OG chefs started Sun Ming together in 1993 because there were no cha chaan teng's in Sydney serving up the Hong Kong classics. Fast forward 30 years to this very day our recipes and style of cooking is still the same.
